the website i chose is Fstoppers. they focus on both photography and videography. they have contests that their readers can win also. people say the website it a good one to check out the new gear photographers want to get. they allow the readers to submit photos of their own for people to view. I would recommend this site because it is easy to navigate and understand. I probably would add the site to my bookmarks if i was a professional photographer, yes.

i gave the site a 4/5 because it seems pretty decent, the reason it isn't a 5 is because of the layout and design of it, but the purpose is there and good.

One thing I learned from this site is they hold a picture of the day contest there, and that would be pretty cool to log in and see your photo on the front page.

selfie vs self-portrait

1. a selfie is a picture of yourself taken on a smart phone, or sometimes a camera.
2. a picture of the artist taken by the artist, well thought out.
3.  a selfie can be forgotten and replaced in moments, where a self portrait takes time and patience to get perfect. self portraits are to be read as art, to be displayed.
4. I prefer self portraits to look at, all thought selfies are much easier to take and faster, therefore, i use them more.
5. I think a self portrait is more valuable and important because it takes patience and time to compose, and has the value to be hung up on a wall, unlike a simple selfie.

A. A phobia is an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something

Mageirocophobia- Fear of cooking.
Trypanophobia- Fear of injections.
Verbophobia- Fear of words.
Ichthyophobia- Fear of fish.
Bacteriophobia- Fear of bacteria.

C. (first photo)I kind of want to have a dark photo with something in the distance maybe on the street, under a light. Maybe have the thing in the rule of thirds. (second photo) I want to try my own version of the fear of taking a bath. I could use balance in it. (third photo) Claustrophobia, I'll have maybe my sister in a super small closet we have and have her look scared.

D. I will use the techniques I stated above.

I like this picture because of the American flag and the story behind it being burnt from the fires.

 
I chose this picture for one of my favorites because who doesn't like trump, and making peace.


I like this pic purely because of the color.


Movie:Avengers: Infinity War  
The new avengers movie was the best one yet. I liked the movie for the ending. Many main heroes died off from Thanos' snap. The movie only got 84% on Rotten Tomatoes score. The ending also leaves us in shock and we all cant wait for the next one coming out this April, "Avengers: Endgame."


News: 
I think the Colin Kaepernick whole Nike ad was the most stupid news of 2018. I think him taking a knee and trying to get others to do the same thing should get him fired. No wonder no team wants him. The ad has a good meaning to it, but they chose the wrong man to run the ad, they chose the most controversial human at the time. I can't believe they gave him an award for disrespecting his country and people who fought for his freedom.
