A)if i was shooting at bulldogs and hotdogs night, i would shoot on quicker shutter speeds. Because if you see people playing basketball, you need a quick shutter speed to capture the movement, and while the sun is still up.

B)if i was shooting while the sun was down, i would shoot in slower shutter speed to capture the moving lights near the tree in the courtyard and have them look like beams of lights.
